Get Invoved

HotRock invited all teachers and sustainability support organisations from the southwest to jump on a bus and get whirled around Bunbury and Busselton to see some of the region’s standout sustainability projects. To have a look at all the school we visited check out the Downsouth Sustainability Roadshow. 

Congratulations to Lynwood Senior High School for their successful application for a $50,000 grant from NAB. This grant will be used to develop a large scale Aquaponics system at the school.

HotRock is proudly supporting Stuart Ashbil (Bridgetown HS Sustainability Co-ordinator) and Helene Fisher (Deep Ecologist) to run a PD for Art and English teachers on 7/6/2011. This PD will share the story of the amazingly successful Perup Survivors Tour of Perth, enabling drama teachers to create learning experiences that will facilitate environmental connection and expression.
